This unique pair of André Arbus attributed corner cabinets is sure to add an element of French neoclassicism chic to any room. It was most probably designed by André Arbus in the early 1940s. The three carved baluster legs are made of solid oak wood, while the upper part forming a cabinet features a beautiful oak butterfly veneer highlighted by a brass frame and a gilt bronze medallion at the center. This is a pair that used to be called Monsieur et Madame, with the left cabinet featuring a Gemini sign medallion, and the right one a Capricorn sign medallion. All the details are a wonderful example of the French neoclassicism of André Arbus. Each cabinet features three oak wood shelves inside. Both pieces have been fully restored and are in an amazing condition.
