Large French Art deco commode sycamore and brass handles 1940s
-
Description
This large 1940s commode chest of drawers would impart a cosy, glowing mood to any space. The warm sycamore wood, geometric shape and curved front, remains looking healthy and smooth 80 years later. Quality brass and chrome handles adorn the front of the chest. Made in France in the late 1940s by an unknown cabinetmaker, the piece feels delightfully modern for the period and charmingly vintage now. A beautiful piece, in great vintage condition.
