Description
A nostalgic patina gives this antique wooden chest of drawers a romantic charm. Hand-made in France in the 1800s, the design has an elegant Neoclassical character. Simple, clean lines and discreet paneling evoke an air of refinement. The drawers are adorned with round medallions embossed with an intricate foliate motif, but the principle decorative element is the beautifully aged finish of the wood – warm russet and caramel undertones are misted by a pale cloud of white, for a picturesque evocation of the passage of time.
