Description
Dimensions: 37 ⅝” H x 46 ⅛” W x 21 ¾” D
Petite painted shop counter from a 19th Century French bakery or mercantile, this unusual and outstanding counter would transform your kitchen or retail establishment. The work surface is a slab of pink marble with traces of charcoal veining and areas of dark patina from over a century of use. This rosy pastel hue is complemented by the dusty blue paint on the case that makes quite a transformation of the familiar Louis Philippe silhouette. While the front of the case is an attractive paneled design, the back offers two, divided drawers over an open compartment with one shelf for storage. Cleaned, tightened and polished to bring out all the historic character. Please view the detailed images to see the current condition. -
