Description
1970s Kartell Beylerian Componibili Modular Cabinet, Anna Castelli, Red, Signed. 1970s modular cabinet designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri for Kartell as part of the company’s pioneering plastic furniture program. This example is from the Beylerian Componibili system and is produced in molded plastic in red, yellow, and white.
Castelli Ferrieri’s Componibili designs are celebrated for their modularity, clarity of form, and forward-looking use of industrial materials, becoming icons of Italian modern design. This cabinet reflects that philosophy, combining functional storage with a bold, graphic presence.
This example is signed and retains its original configuration and colorway, adding to its collectible character. The piece presents as a strong sculptural element while remaining practical for everyday use.
The cabinet is in good vintage condition, with wear consistent with age and use. All components function as intended. -
