Description
This refined walk-in wardrobe stands as an icon of 1960s interior design, distinguished by its original folding-door mechanism and a slender structure supported by brass uprights.
The piece’s true strength lies in the sophisticated contrast of materials and iconography on its facade: the left door is embellished with an exotic-inspired lacquered decoration, a nod to refined chinoiserie that lends the cabinet a timeless, artistic character. In contrast, the right door offers a more organic feel, featuring a 'tatami-effect' woven texture inset with a central mirror, finished with elegant decorative brass hooks.
The entire structure is framed by slim tubular brass profiles which, while ensuring stability, imbue the piece with the golden reflections and discreet luxury typical of mid-century Italian furniture. It is the perfect choice for those looking to furnish an entryway with a functional piece that doubles as a true decorative installation. -
