Description
Fresh clean and pristine post full restoration is this heavenly Paul Frankl Embassy Collection Mid Century Modern 12 Drawer Dresser newly professionally lacquered in white chocolate with original polished brass hardware. Look at all of those 12 multi shaped chic drawers for you to play with and fill with your heart's desire. Mid century modern timeless Paul Frankl design with an architectural silhouette that's clean, precise and functional. 9 drawers in various shapes and forms rest atop 3 larger horizontal drawers meant for storage. Upper half is magic. Center cabinet differs in shape and hardware from its surrounding drawers and feels more personal with 3 open face pull out drawers. That central cabinet is then surrounded by drawers of contrasting shapes adorned with brass pegs that draw your focus center and adorn like a tiara. Drawers are in great condition and were professionally cleaned. Paul Frankl was known in the Art Deco period for his architectural skyscraper furniture that drew inspiration from New York's Skyline. Post war, Frankl designed a number of modern pieces for Johnson Furniture including this chest of drawers. A wonderful acquisition for collectors of celebrated mid century modern designer pieces. A welcomed addition for aficionados of luxury and all things beautiful.
