Description
This table is an excellent example of the style of Aldo Tura, an Italian designer and craftsman known for his use of luxurious materials and traditional techniques.
The elliptical (or oval) top with smooth, bevelled edges gives a feeling of softness and fluidity. Both the top and the base are oval and covered in glossy lacquered parchment.
The parchment is reminiscent of the Art Deco style that inspired Aldo Tura’s design. -
