The piece presents a compact, three-level composition with a broad rectangular top, a secondary middle shelf and a low rectangular plinth base, all surfaced in richly figured walnut. A prominent circular supporting motif, finished in high-gloss black lacquer, rises between the tiers to create a bold contrast of form and finish; the ring-shaped supports are anchored to the shelves and base to read as an architectural, Machine Age silhouette. Edges are clean and the walnut displays warm honey-brown tones with a lively grain pattern beneath a polished lacquer sheen. Visible construction emphasizes layered horizontal planes set against the dramatic curved supports, producing strong negative space and a sense of engineered geometry.
