Description
The Biped table's base is composed of a tapered, triangular cross-sectioned piece of walnut with two heavily angled/faceted feet and two top rails attached by mortise and tenon joinery. An aluminum plate is mortised into the underside of the top to aid attachment to the base. The top is veneered with heavy ash veneer and solid edging and either dyed or sprayed with pigmented conversion varnish. Presently there are a variety of color/wood combinations available.
