Description
Very fine 19th century Flemish ebony coffee table having floral marquetry inlay inlaid bone designs on a walnut, ebony and faux tortoise background, bone and ebony patterned moldings, with single long drawer, the legs copper clad and joined by a flat shaped X-stretcher similarly decorated, standing on original bun feet. Probably Antwerp, circa 1860. Created as a center table, and converted to a coffee table in the early 20th century.
