A rare and elegant pair of Gustavian style tables, repainted in a soft light gray that enhances their timeless neoclassical form. Finding such tables as a matched pair is unusual, making them especially desirable for collectors and designers alike. Each table rests on finely tapered legs with carved details, supporting a simple rectangular top over a clean apron, hallmarks of Gustavian restraint and balance. The later painted surface, with its light wear and patina, adds both freshness and character, blending easily into a variety of interiors.
