Pair of rare, exquisite Italian midcentury demilune consoles or end or side tables from a private commission by Paolo Buffa. The pieces present an exceptional sculptural form that both tapers in the center and flares at the base and top. The apron lining the circumference is highlighted with chevron form decorations. These elegant works transcend conventional movements such as Art Deco, modern and neoclassical design.
Base dimensions are: W 23.75 x D 11".
Top dimensions are: H 29.5 x W 28 x D 16.5. -
