Description
Two mobile and flexible table units which can be placed in various constellations. Also perfectly suitable for outdoors. Bespoke pieces are possible in various colour configurations. They are also great to sit on!
Stefan Buxbaum, born in 1971, studied sculpture at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, and since 2003 has been working in the fields of sculpture, design, and furniture. He lives in the east of Austria. His preferred material is concrete where he challenges its qualities and limits. His body of work is characterized by a dialogue between seemingly disparate elements: the chasteness and timeless hardness of concrete meet the fragile vivacity and tenderness of plant specimens. There is a technical sophistication inherent in his work, which has its own melody which adds a new lightness and aesthetic to the gravity of the material.
We work on bespoke pieces and ideas in many sizes, please inquire. -
