Created in the 1920s, this Art Deco “tutti frutti” strap bracelet is composed of sapphires, rubies, diamonds, and platinum. It is designed as a highly stylized diamond vine with carved ruby and sapphire leaves and cabochon ruby berries, completed by a buckle motif clasp accented by a line of buff-top sapphires. Among the most original and sought-after haute joiallerie styles to originate in 1920s Paris, this extravagant and colorful “tutti frutti” bracelet reflects the profound influence of Indian arts on the imagination of Art Deco jewelers.
