Designed by Van Cleef & Arpels, Paris, this 18K gold and diamond bangle bracelet dates from circa 1970. The hinged bombé form is set with a field of pavé-set round brilliant-cut diamonds and an arched section of coral, each edged by double arch motifs, and completed by unusually textured gold. An ancient form updated to reflect the free and casual spirit of Van Cleef & Arpels in the 1970s, this stackable and stylish bangle still exemplifies Parisian luxury chic.
