Description | A stunning silver compact case with gilt by Boucheron Paris circa 1930-40s, of Art Deco period and style. The silver case features an iconic façade with a pierced and chased three parrots perching on flowering branches set with five mini pearls . It opens to two compartments of mirror and powder with grid pattern. The back and sides have ribbed surface which which also extend to the lock on the front. The case is marked on the edge of the interior "Boucheron Paris" and two numbers "BN 875012" and "82716". Height: 0.3 in. (7.62 mm) Width: 2.25 in. (5.72 cm) Depth: 3 in. (7.62 cm) |
