Description
This pair of brass tripod based lamps was designed by Gerald Thurston for Lightolier in the 1950’s. The metal has a warm original brass patina. These lamps retain their excellent original perforated cone diffusers and original sockets with custom on/off knobs. They have new wire and the original shades have been recovered in off white linen. This is a great design by Gerald Thurston. The concept for diffused light that he used in this lamp for Lightolier is a unique combination of modernity and function.
