Description
This is a striking early 1970s burl wood and chrome credenza or buffet designed by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin. The design incorporates a beautiful burl wood on this four door front case on "U" shaped chrome legs. The legs are perfect with no pitting or loss of chrome. The same pattern on the outside of the doors are a reflection on the inside doors.
The interior has two storage compartments for flatware with beautiful original contrasting orange inserts that are very clean and lightly used if any at all. The inserts can also be removed and put back in place very easily. The second compartment includes a white laminate adjustable shelf. This can be used in a living room as a credenza, bedroom area or as a dining room buffet. The piece has a beautiful bright finish. The piece is signed in the front inside slide out top drawer. Please view all the photos and do not hesitate to ask any questions, Thank you. -
