Dorothy Draper Pair of Nightstands, the Greenbrier Resort 1948
-
Description
A pair of nightstands/end tables from the Greenbrier Resort of Sulphur Springs, West Virginia designed in 1948 by Dorothy Draper.
Arguably one of America's great traditional resorts and an enormous design project that Dorothy Draper successfully completed in record time immediately after World War II.
The cast lucite pulls with stylized rhododendron flowers in the center give these
pieces an unusual twist on modern.
We have an 8 drawer matching dresser in a separate listing.
The nightstands have been professionally conserved and are in excellent vintage condition. -
