Description
Sometimes referred to as a “dumb waiter” or “tea cart”, this antique is a top-quality English faux bamboo-carved three tier mahogany tea trolley, c.1870’s, is set on large and impressive brass casters. The mahogany used to create this wonderful antique trolley is incredibly beautiful and has attained a remarkable patina its almost one hundred fifty year life. Still in excellent condition, this piece is finished on all sides and could be used in any room. Originally used to present dessert and tea selections at the end of a meal, today this trolley would serve as an exceptionally handsome bar.
