Dutch 19th Century Petite Brass Chandelier

$ 2,200
  • Description
    Dimensions: 13” H x 22” W x 22” D

    A five-light brass chandelier in the Dutch style with a central sphere from which the scrolled arms unfurl. Despite its petite stature, the frame is solid and heavy giving it a kind of presence to fit a number of rooms and styles. Adding to the sense of movement created by the curvaceous qualities are twisting motifs applied judiciously so that the design feels elegant and simple, given depth of color and texture by the dark oxidation of the metal. The fixture has been professionally cleaned and rewired for the US using UL listed parts and is ready to be hung in your interior. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos. Please view the detailed image gallery for the current condition and message us with any questions.
