Set of four ormolu and patinated bronze antique wall lights
French, late 19th Century
Height 49 m, width 33cm, depth 19cm

These fine, antique wall lights each have an oval-shaped backplate which is cast in patinated bronze and mounted with a contrasting gilt bronze grotesque mask. From the open mouth of the ormolu mask, the patinated bronze backplate curls outwards to extend into two scrolling branches with ormolu drip pans at their tips.
