Description
Carlo Scarpa for Venini highly unique rectangular shaped Art Deco chandelier, circa 1930's. A minimalist nickel-plated structure with a row of eight thick ribbed hand-cut glass elements, with one lightbulb behind each, accented with opaline glass plates to secure each end. The rectangular glass structure is suspended from a nickel plated support below an opaline glass central stem with scalloped motif on the base and scalloped motif on the canopy; all original. Newly re-wired for the US market.

Size: 50" high x 32" wide x 10" deep. Central opaline glass stem is 18 1/2" high, height of hand-cut glass is 7 1/2" -
