Paul Mccobb Shovel Chairs model #1533 designed in the 1950s for Planner Group and produced by Winchendon.
Composed of solid maple seats with sculpted edges and deeply carved back rest supports housing turned, ladder-back spindles, all supported by wrought iron framework.
Conservatively refinished condition with scuffs and a naturally occurring split to the maple, as shown. Structurally sound.
