Pair of Spanish 1920's Pebbled Leather and Chrome Safari Armchairs

An early and unique pair of Spanish 1920's safari arm chairs in a wonderful patinated pebbled chocolate brown leather with chrome horizontal supports on the sides. The legs are straight and are a rich carved walnut. A beautiful contrast of the organic leather and walnut with the chrome metal. All original and in very good condition. These types of chairs were once used on African safaris and designed in the Campaign style fashion to be easily transported, assembled and disassembled on the camp site. Today these chairs make for a unique addition to home or office and blend seamlessly in all settings.
