Description
"By drawing 'Oria', I wanted to be inspired by the memory of my grandmother, of her strong and elegant bearing, of her fraternal friendship with her cousin Giovanni (Ponti); by our Milanese roots; a special tribute to my blood bond with art, architecture and design." ISABELLA GARBAGNATI
Oria is a table lamp. 47 cm high. Two dark transparent glasses in "Italian grey" are curved and roughened by a vibrant surface texture obtained with earth and sand at high temperatures. The soft roughness and the semicircle shape embrace the light that stands out between the surface folds.
The slender structure in brass, soldered with silver and patinated with bronze and wax, it shines on the black of the glass which, tightened by its clamps, remains suspended. -
