Description
This boldly geometric and striking Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Greek Key Armed Club Chairs in Grey Holly Hunt Upholstery originates from the United States, Circa 1960. They feature bold armrests rendered in ebonized walnut with exposed grain in a greek key motif that extends behind the backrests and down to the supporting frame of the piece. The base is also in ebonized walnut, elevating the rounded upholstered seat and back, with substantial cushioning and in a reserved grey toned Holly Hunt fabric. A classic form with the sleek geometry and dynamic proportions characteristic of Mid-Century Modernist design, these chairs will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. In Mint Restored Condition.
