18” x 24” with frame.
Over-all in excellent condition, appears to retain the original gilt frame.
A graduate of the Royal Danish Academy, Georg Emil Libert was mostly influenced by the Munich landscape painters. He became famous for his cliff paintings of the Baltic Islands, as seen here in this example.
