A model 'Kongelys' table lamp designed by Niels Rasmussen Thykier and produced by Fog & Mørup, Denmark. The lamp is made of a brass base with a plastic shade. Danish artist Thykier (1883 - 1978) designed the first version of this lamp in 1928 and his company produced the lamp until Fog & Mørup took over production in the 1930s. This version of the lamp was designed in 1945.
