'Arabian Nights' Chandelier in Brass & Glass, Attr. Kai Ruokonen, Ker-lux 1970s
-
Description
A truly stunning and rare 1001 Arabian Nights lantern styles chandelier with a modernistic touch made of brass and opaline glass. The lamp is made by Ker-Lux Mänttä and is most probably designed by Kai Ruokonen who was one of the few designers there and has his elements of design apparent in the lamp.
The lamp features a large central opaline glass shade surrounded by six smaller ones, all held together by a brass body hanging with three chains from the ceiling cup. A truly beautiful lamp that we have never seen before. The lamp is in good original condition and has the manufacturer's label. -
