Description
A beautiful and delicate Finnish mid-century ceiling lamp by Itsu, one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Finland. The lamp is in its absolute original condition with original opaline glass shades. Please note that this and some of the other models could be purchased with fabric, rattan or glass shades. The lamp features three light bases pointing downwards casting an even warm light on the interior below. The item is stamped "Itsu", by the manufacturer.
Itsu was one of the leading light fixture manufacturing companies and a daughter company of Idman. Along with companies like Taito Oy, Idman and Orno they defined what Finnish design lamps would become. Itsu made high quality lamps and produced lamps for major projects, including some of Alvar Aalto's projects like the Aalto University. -
