Danish Modern sterling silver cigar lighter. Made by Georg Jensen in Copenhagen. Ovoid bowl with chased leaves loose-mounted with rings. Leaf and lobe support; oval base supported by four balls. Wick-threaded flue with twist-lock lobed base; chained baluster cap with coral finial and beaded scrolls mounted to sides. Visible hand hammering. Fully marked including early maker’s stamps (1925-32) and no. 73. Very good condition with deep patina.
