Description
Chinese Cafe-Au-Lait Glazed and Blue and White decorated Porcelain Bowl. 19th Century, the interior finely painted with panels showing landscapes alternating flower-filled vessels. Provenance: Property from The Collection of David Billings and Beverly Hall Billings, Nantucket, Ma. Mr Billings with wife and creative partner Beverly, they maintained what Steven Chait, president of the fine Chinese Antique Gallery Ralph M. Chait, called " Nantucket's best kept secret."
