An elegant lacquered wooden desk table from Tuscany, dating to the Louis XVI period, late 18th century. This refined piece features delicate hand-painted neoclassical decorations in warm, muted tones over a pale ivory ground, reflecting the graceful restraint typical of the era.

The rectangular top is beautifully adorned with stylized floral and foliate motifs, echoed across the apron and tapering legs.
A central drawer is seamlessly integrated into the apron, providing subtle storage while preserving the purity of the design. The original painted surface shows a soft, naturally aged patina, adding depth and authenticity to the overall aesthetic.

A charming and timeless piece, ideal for use as a writing desk, dressing table, or console in both classic and contemporary settings.
