19th Century Dairy Bucket

    Antique wooden farm bucket. Wooden bucket pail having heavy hand forged iron banding. Two solid wooden handles specifically for titling the bucket to pour liquid. The top is divided into two semi circles one attached top has a funnel like wooden guide to direct the flow when pouring. The unattached semi circle half top allows for opening and closing with a large wooden handle attached designed to be a spatula. The spatula top would be placed on the raised wooden funnel guide while pouring to prevent overflow. A very unique specific design. In very good condition. Can be used daily. Possible uses side table with storage, decoration with storage, fireplace accessory tools or logs, planter, many possibilities. This antique Farm bucket is a wonderful true handmade one of kind utilitarian collectable sharing a story.
