Description
This rare table lamp was designed by Einar Luterkort and produced by Upsala Ekeby in Sweden during the 1930s. The design is model number 322, and the lamp retains its original manufacturer’s label.
The lamp features a ceramic base with a striking vertical ribbed design and a deep teal-green glaze with subtle darker undertones, giving it a rich and elegant depth. The gently rounded form is beautifully accentuated by the ribbing, emphasizing its refined silhouette. It is fitted with a high-quality patinated brass socket with a rotary turn switch. The clip-on lampshade has been renewed in a smooth ivory fabric, providing a soft contrast to the deep tones of the base.
The lamp is in very good condition, with a newly replaced shade. It is currently wired for 220V with a standard E26/E27 bulb fitting and plug.
