Description
Dimensions: 22” H x 19 ¼” W x 2 ⅜” D
An extraordinary French early 19th century hand-carved mahogany and burled walnut marquetry wall mirror. The trim around the edge of the back panel is a scalloped design in alternating light and dark curved pieces, which coordinates perfectly with the cartouches of burled walnut stretching around the wide border. A classic ogee type molding encloses the original mirror plate now gently streaked with random spots of dark foxing. Wired and ready to hang in your interior.
