Description
A large copper street lantern with a good patinated surface and having four glazed and canted glass sides with a sloped hood topped by a turned three-part chimney flue with a hanging loop on top. Now wired for an electric bulb. Manufactured by the William Edgar Co. , Blenheim House, Hammersmith, London, for the Brentford Gas Company, as shown on integral label on hood.
