Description
Designed by Gaetano Scolari for Metalarte in 1973, the Model 4817 is a sophisticated example of Space Age executive lighting. The fixture features a large, translucent white methacrylate shade with an internal reflector to eliminate glare. A pivoting chrome arm allows the light to spin and extend up to 65 cm for versatile desk positioning. The substantial base includes a brown leather-wrapped section and a stainless steel tray designed to organize desk essentials. This lamp provides a wide, diffused light ideal for large workspaces or as a statement piece on a side table.
