Offered for sale is a vintage op art oil painting on masonite signed Jean Rets. The painting has flawless execution and is signed Jean Rets in the lower right. We do not have a certificate of authentication.
The abstract work uses bold colors set against black for a dramatic effect.

Jean Rets was born in Paris. His early work was influenced by cubism and later evolved to geometric abstraction, mainly inspired by the works of Magnelli and Vasarely.
