Description
A grand early 20th-century 'sac-à-perles' chandelier of impressive proportions, featuring a cascading silhouette typical of high-period European salons. The fixture is defined by a central gilt bronze ring richly ornamented with scrolling acanthus leaves and suspended floral garlands. Strands of faceted crystal beads taper toward a decorative bronze ceiling rose at the top and flare into a voluminous basket at the bottom, terminating in a pinecone finial. The internal multi-arm light cluster provides a radiant, diffused glow through the crystal drapery. This commanding statement piece is ideally suited for a grand entrance hall or a formal dining room with high ceilings.
