Description
Pair of Ceramic Table Lamps by Bitossi / Miranda, Sweden, 1970s
€2,000.00
Striking pair of 1970s table lamps featuring ceramic bases produced by Bitossi and assembled as lamps by Miranda in Sweden. The cylindrical forms are richly glazed in warm brown tones, decorated with a repeating relief of circular motifs that create depth and a tactile, almost sculptural surface.
The glossy glaze enhances the dimensional pattern, catching the light and giving the lamps a vibrant, expressive character typical of Bitossi’s mid-century ceramics. Paired with simple shades, the bases become the focal point, balancing bold ornamentation with clean, functional form.
A distinctive pair that works beautifully as statement bedside lamps or on a console, adding texture and warmth to an interior.
Condition: Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age. The ceramics are well preserved, and the lamps are fully functional.
Wiring: All our lamps are wired for EU standards. Unfortunately, we have neither the means nor the qualifications to wire them for US standards.
CONDITION
Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age. The ceramics are well preserved, and the lamps are fully functional.
