Description
Swedish Modern Floor Lamp in Brass, 1940s.
€4,500.00
A beautifully balanced Swedish floor lamp from the 1940s, executed in brass with a warm, time-softened surface. The twin arms extend gracefully from the central stem, each holding a hand-pleated shade that casts a soft, diffused light.
The height of the arms is adjustable, allowing the lamp to be set between 150–160 cm (approx. 59–63 inches), making it both practical and adaptable to different interiors. The subtle curvature of the arms combined with the clean vertical structure gives the piece a calm, composed presence typical of Swedish Modern design.
Condition: Good vintage condition with patina and wear consistent with age. The brass shows surface marks and tonal variation, adding to its character.
Wiring: All our lamps are wired for EU standards. Unfortunately, we have neither the means nor the qualifications to wire them for US standards.
CONDITION
Good vintage condition with patina and wear consistent with age. The brass shows surface marks and tonal variation, adding to its character.
