Description
Produced in Italy during the 1980s, this pair of Postmodern lamps reflects the playful experimentation that defined the Memphis movement and its wider influence on European design. Each lamp is composed of a slender tripod structure in lacquered metal, supporting an organically shaped opaline glass shade above a circular reflector. The vibrant red finish, geometric composition and contrasting soft curves create a dynamic visual balance characteristic of the era. Presented as a floor lamp and a matching table lamp, the pair offers both functional lighting and strong sculptural presence.
