          Tibor Nagy — Founder & Curator: 

I founded Artibus365 in Debrecen in 2009, driven by my passion for 20th-century European design. I have always been drawn to objects with something special — character, good proportions, intriguing form, exceptional quality or a story. Over time, this world captivated my partner, Emese, too, and since then we have shaped Artibus365 and our collection together.

We do not look only for recognized names. A rare or lesser-known piece can capture our attention just as easily if it has something that makes us stop and look. We select for authenticity, craftsmanship, proportion and, above all, individuality. This has shaped a diverse collection, from Viennese Art Nouveau and Bauhaus through Scandinavian and Mid-Century Modern to distinctive late-20th-century design.

We believe good design lives on. A well-made object can still speak to someone decades later and begin a new story in a home, a collection or any space where it finds its place. From our gallery in Debrecen, we work with collectors, design enthusiasts and interior professionals worldwide.

Tibor Nagy founded Artibus365 in 2009 and is the curatorial eye behind the gallery’s collection. With an instinct for distinctive design, he seeks out authentic 20th-century pieces for their character, craftsmanship and individuality — from recognized names to unexpected discoveries. His approach is guided by curiosity and a belief that exceptional objects deserve to be rediscovered and given a new life

Emese Szabó Gallery Manager

Emese Szabó manages the gallery’s communication and international presence. She oversees Artibus365’s digital platforms, works with clients worldwide and shapes how the gallery and its collection are presented online. With a background in photography and a strong visual sensibility, she brings a distinct perspective to the gallery’s imagery and digital identity.
