Loxahatchee Club Residence
The inhabitant of this traditional yet colorful and eclectic residence is one of designer Gil Walsh’s closest friends, who wanted Gil’s personal style for her new home. The design of the living room started with the selection of the colorful sari rug with purple, yellow, teal, red, and celadon which then inspired the colorful designs for the foyer, dining room, and the office area off of the living room. Each bedroom scheme began with the selection of the wall color and coordinating wallpapers for each attached bathroom. The patios then took on the colors of the interior in a brighter color palette. Apart from color; antiques also played an important part in Gil’s design.
