Exceptional Swedish flower trough in the Gustavian style, circa 1900, featuring original zinc liner and finely carved neoclassical details. The rectangular form rests on tapered, fluted legs and is adorned with hand-carved swags and rosettes along the apron, showcasing the refined balance and symmetry characteristic of Gustavian design. The pale patinated finish enhances the depth of the carving and adds a soft, timeworn charm. The interior retains its original green-painted zinc insert, ideal for use as a planter or as a decorative console accent.
