A beautiful mid-19th century French “cruche orjol” or water jug from the Languedoc region in southwest France. Traditionally used for storing and transporting water, this rustic vessel features rare green glaze accents around the nozzle and upper exterior, with a soft creamy yellow glaze lining the interior. Three sinuous loop handles are positioned just below the rim, adding sculptural charm and functional design.
