This very finely woven rustic silk pile scatter shows a strong four-fold ecru radiating palmette medallion against a pale straw Herati pattern Denim blue quarter medallion corners. Red main border with rosettes and profile palmettes. An attractive example of the best rustic silks of the 1870-90 period. Good condition.
